queryToInsert: The query to insert.
groupParentOldObj: The parent group under which the query is inserted.
index: The index in groupParentOldObj children queries, at which queryToInsert is inserted.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentException	Can't perform the insertion operation on these arguments. Please check queryToInsert with the method CanInsertQueryUnder before calling this method.
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException	index must be a positive or zero integer, lower or equals to groupParentOldObj.IGroup.ChildQueriesCount.
