CanDeleteGroup Method
NDepend.CodeQuery Namespace > IController Interface : CanDeleteGroup Method
The group to delete.
If false is returned, contains the plain-english explanation of the failure.
Gets a value indicating whether groupToDelete can be deleted.
Syntax
bool CanDeleteGroup( 
   IGroup groupToDelete,
   out string failureReason
)

Parameters

groupToDelete
The group to delete.
failureReason
If false is returned, contains the plain-english explanation of the failure.
Remarks
If groupToDelete.IGroup.IsExtractedFromCode, the group cannot be deleted.
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, 10, 8, 7 and Linux, MacOS with net8.0, net7.0 or net6.0 installed
